2025’s Top VC Funding Rounds

2025 was the year of the nine-figure funding round.

Several space companies raised mega dollars last year. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Stoke raised a $510M Series D in October, and a $260M Series C in January.
  • Impulse closed a $300M Series C in June, led by Linse Capital, to boost production of Impulse’s Mira and Helios spacecraft.
  • True Anomaly closed a $260M Series C in May, led by Accel. 
  • K2 closed a $250M Series C in December, and a $110M Series B in February.
  • Apex raised a pair of $200M rounds—a Series C in April, and a Series D in September.
  • Loft Orbital closed a $170M Series C in January, led by Tikehau Capital and Axial Partners.
  • Ursa Major raised a $100M Series E in November, to scale manufacturing of its hypersonic products, in-space propulsion, and solid-rocket-motor tech. 
  • EnduroSat closed a $100M+ round in October, to ramp up to build two sats per day.
