EnduroSat has raised $205M to ramp up its production lines for standardized sats, the company announced yesterday.
Riot Ventures and Atreides Management co-led the round for the Bulgarian satellite manufacturer. It was the third nine-figure fundraise announced by a European company during the past two weeks, following Open Cosmos’ €300M ($348.6M) raise and The Exploration Company’s $450M Series C.
Talk shop: The funding will allow EnduroSat to open a new manufacturing facility in the US. In addition, the Sofia, Bulgaria-based company will build “the EU’s largest and defense hub,” according to a press release. In October, the company announced the opening of a 188,000 sq. ft. Space Center aiming to churn out two sats per day. EnduroSat did not share specific information on the US factory location.
The new funding will also enable the company to begin producing larger spacecraft.
The funding round included many familiar faces from EnduroSat’s previous fundraises, including a €43M ($48.8M) round in May 2025 and a $100M+ round in October. Other participating investors in the latest fundraise include the European Innovation Council, Google Ventures, Founders Fund, House Capital, Lux Capital, Omnes Capital, Giant Ventures, Emphatic Capital, and Endeavour Capital.
Get to work: EnduroSat already has more demand rolling in that will keep the new manufacturing facilities open. Vantor announced Thursday that it selected EnduroSat and CACI to build its Pulse constellation of 40-cm EO imaging sats that are expected to revisit locations every 15 minutes.
EnduroSat will provide the buses for the 24 sats that will make up the constellation, while CACI will build the imaging payloads.
